At The Ultimate Sacrifice, we prioritize safety and trust. As part of our commitment to maintaining a secure environment, we require all volunteers to undergo a free background check. Simply complete the form below and one of our dedicated coordinators, will guide you through the process and answer any questions you may have. Please have your driver’s license and social security number accessible but if you do not have either, we can discuss a supervised volunteering role.
